Return and Refund
Fabric, Pre-cuts, Kits
All fabric posted on this website are photos taken within the shop as physical samples and/or photography provided by the fabric manufacturers themselves. We strive to post images that best represent the fabric colors and textures, but exact representations are not always possible in a digital world due to screen settings and personal view of products. We are quite sure that you will be happy with your purchases, but if you are not, we take returns under certain conditions.
Inventory
We aim to provide accurate inventory information on our website. If it is a fabric pre-order, we give the best estimate of ship date provided to us by the manufacturer. Many of your favorite fabrics are manufactured overseas and sometimes the delivery dates shift. This is out of our control; however, we will try to update your order as needed if changes are made.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be processed within 30 days from the original purchase date and are inspected for return eligibility.
- Items not eligible for returns: sale/clearance items, special orders, patterns, books, gift cards, digital downloads and in-store purchases.
- Items must be returned in their original state, free from imperfections. This includes cut fabric, dyed, washed, or contain any odors.
- A copy of your sales order must be included with your return.
- Returns are the buyer’s responsibility and shipping charges are not included in refunds.
- Please allow 10-14 days for returns to be processed.

Sewing Machines
- Returns must be processed within 30 days from the original purchase date. If for some reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us by email: quiltingatthebeachsc@gmail.com or the return form below.
- Shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable. Items that were originally purchased with Free Shipping will have the standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. All machines must be insured shipping back to Quilting at the Beach. We are not responsible for lost goods in transit.
- Products must be repacked according to factory standards and without excess use.
- Machines and parts that were unopened, may be refunded or exchanged. This means that is has never been removed from its packaging and the factory seal is intact.
- Any item that is not returned in its original packaging and intact will not be qualified for a refund.
- Household items are not to be used for commercial applications. This voids any factory warranty and is not covered under our 30 day return policy.
